Hello everybody! Sunshine is finally here! Hopefully it stays with us for longer. Today in collaboration with Pamela Scott in Athlone Towncentre I picked few looks for you. They might come in handy if you have upcoming events such as Communion, Wedding, etc.
Some of them are more dressy, but as you know me I got some casual looks as well. Luckly I had two beautiful ladies, so I could prepare something for two different shapes and I will divide that post for two parts. Today I decided focus on short height ladies with little curves, beacuse I know how hard is to find something, especially when you want something bit dressier than usual.
Jumpsuits tend to have a clearly defined waist. Make sure that waist is exactly where you want it to be.
When you’re short every shirt is too long, and when you’re curvy a long shirt can make you look larger around the middle than you are. An easy way to fix this is to tuck it in. A good rule of thumb is that your shirt should never cover your zipper. Long-sleeve shirts can give a “shorter girl”way too much fabric to work with — you can end up swimming in them. Try cuffing your shirt to help break up the design.
Wearing one or two shades color clothing that are matching to each other will create a flattering long slender up down line that gives the illusion of height.
Fitted or semi-fitted clothing make you look taller and slender because fabric clings to your body and create a beautiful up down line. Fitted dress like sheath dress or bodycon are perfect as they make you look slimmer and taller. And off course a bit of heel helps it too…
Anything high-waisted is a must when it comes to dressing if you’re short. Ensure you give the illusion of longer legs by emphasising your waist.
Hope you’ll find some inspirations, if so please let me know in comments. Enjoy!
